Where is my order?
You can check the status of your orders in the app under:
Settings → Orders
Each seller ships their own items, so delivery times may vary.

How do I return an item?
You can request a return directly in the app:
Open Settings → Orders
Select the order

  1. Tap Return item

You will receive a return shipping label and instructions in the app and by email.

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
This usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Who can see my images?
You control whether your AI-generated images are public or private in your settings.
How do I report content?
If you see content that violates our community rules, you can report it in the app.

How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account in the app under:
Settings → Account
This will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
